Return Policy

We want every contractor to have the right machine for the job. If something isn't right, here's how we handle it:

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, in original packaging, and undamaged.
  • Heavy machinery returns are subject to inspection before a refund or exchange is processed.
  • Consumables, spare parts, and special-order items are non-returnable unless defective.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your machine arrives damaged or develops a manufacturing defect within the warranty period:

  • Contact us at sainisales.in@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video of the issue.
  • We will arrange repair, replacement, or a refund depending on the nature of the defect.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at sainisales.in@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions within 1 business day.
  3. Once the item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
