1. Processing & Handling Time

All standard online orders for lightweight goods and spare parts are processed within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery (Standard E-Commerce)

We offer the following domestic shipping options across India for our light, standard-deliverable catalog items (tagged as ecom):

  • Standard Delivery: 5 to 7 business days — ₹449.00

  • Free Shipping Tier: 5 to 7 business days — FREE for all orders over ₹9,999.00

3. Heavy Machinery & Bulk Equipment (Store Pickup Only)

Please note that large-scale construction assets, concrete mixers, lift platforms, compactors, and heavy machinery are strictly excluded from our standard e-commerce courier rates.

  • These bulky items are designated for In-Store Warehouse Pickup Only.

  • Alternatively, customers can coordinate custom third-party logistics directly with our team via WhatsApp prior to completion.

4. Price-Inclusive Tax (GST) Transparency

In strict compliance with domestic marketplace rules, all prices displayed across our online store are fully inclusive of the Goods and Services Tax (GST). The final price you see on the checkout screen is exactly what you pay.

5. Order Tracking

Once your standard delivery order has shipped, you will automatically receive an email or SMS containing a carrier tracking number and your required digital tax compliance forms (including E-Way Bills where legally mandated).

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 12 business days of your estimated delivery date, please contact us immediately at hello@sainisales.store. We will open an official investigation with the courier logistics partner to locate your items.
